Privacy policy

I run Crema and Craft, and I wrote this page in plain words so you can see what I collect and what I do not collect.

What I do not collect

I do not run an email list on this site, I do not ask you to create an account, and I do not sell your personal information. I do not ask for your name, address, or payment details, and I never see them if you buy something through a link on this site, because that purchase happens on the retailer site, not here.

What this site records

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which shows me overall visits and page views, so I can see which guides people actually read. It does not tell me who you are.

If you use the search box, I record only the words you typed and how many guides matched, so I can see which questions I still need to cover. I do not record your name, your device, or your location with a search.

Affiliate links and cookies

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy from that retailer, the retailer may set a cookie to credit the visit to this site, and I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That cookie comes from the retailer, not from me, and the retailer privacy policy covers what it does with it. I do not control retailer cookies, and I cannot see your order details.

Changes

If I change how this site collects information, I will update this page. Questions about this policy can go to the contact page.
